E-Design £495 per room

Our E-Design Service is a UK wide virtual service helping clients who need some professional help starting a scheme or renovation or perhaps need help bringing a space together. We can work on one single room, or a full house with our E-Design service. We try to be flexible as we understand no two projects are the same so we work on the important areas highlighted during our consultation. 

We are able to offer 2 hours post design support.

Virtual Consultations

Experience a personalized virtual consultation with me. From concept development to final touches, I will guide you through the process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Customized Solutions

You provide the floor plan and I look at the best way to utilise the space available, we ensure the layout works using to scale furniture and the aesthetics are maximum impact and most importantly functional

Design Pack

Our design pack is wrapped up with all of the guidance you need to oversee the design with the confidence to implement it yourself with your contractors. 

Full Interior Design Package
from £895 - £1200 per room

During this process we will look at your room as a whole and cover everything you need to create the best space aesthetically and functionally possible. This enhanced service covers absolutely everything you need to get the best change to an existing space or starting with a new space alongside your architect if required. We give you every design detail as part of your design pack, including visuals, shopping lists and instructions for contractors to oversee the design yourself. Here there is an option for me to oversee the installation or offer ad hoc support.

 

Please note there is an option for us to implement the design if required using our recommended trades.

   The design board would then be handed to you with all the information and guidance to                   implement the scheme, unless project coordination is required.

 *Support for the scheme is chargeable and may incur petrol and parking charges if applicable

Project Coordination 

Project Coordination to implement the design is a great option for those with busy life's who need someone on hand that can keep watch over the design to make sure everything is going in the right direction. I can as part of this use my trusted recommended trades or work alongside any contractors you have. Please note this

is not project management, however I am happy to work alongside your contractors to help implement the design.

This also covers the following:

  • Project site visits liaising with various trades to implement the design .

  • Ordering of all items (FF&E) Quality checks and arranging delivery & returns

  • Accepting delivery of smaller items

  • Coordinating the design on the behalf of the clients wishes

  • Styling on finished room

Air BnB & Staging

We would love to hear more about this, please drop us an email with as much detail as possible, such as  location, size of the property, a floor plan and any other detail so we can understand the scope of work. We will then schedule a phone call to understand what services suit you best. Please note for staging enquiries we are able to be brought in at the beginning of the development to assist with a design and build, or work on furnishing your property at the end of the process. 

Hourly Consultations

Some clients  benefit from a professional to run ideas past or help them to make the best decisions, which is why we have created hourly consultations.
